Before any records move, we execute a Business Associate Agreement so your documentation is protected from the start.

Once your agreement is in place, we send clear instructions for providing the required records through our HIPAA-appropriate intake channel.

Physician-led review
DSKC performs the coding and documentation review and evaluates applicable compliance and reimbursement issues.

Detailed audit findings, identified trends, risk and opportunity areas, recommended next steps, and a leadership-ready executive summary.

Your records never pass through this website.
We do not accept medical records or protected health information through any form on this site. After ordering, you receive secure submission instructions for providing documentation through a HIPAA-appropriate channel covered by a signed Business Associate Agreement.
Turnaround: Audit findings and applicable executive summary are delivered within four weeks of DSKC's receipt of all required records and documentation.
