Q: What's your refund policy?

All registrations are non-refundable. However, your seat is fully transferable — if you can't attend, send a colleague in your place (up to 7 days before the event). You can also convert your registration to recording access at any time, no questions asked.

Q: Are CEUs offered?

CEU approval is in progress. We'll confirm credit hours and approved credentials closer to the event. If CEUs matter for your renewal cycle, register now and check back — and feel free to email us before purchasing if you need specifics for your situation.

Q: What if I can't pay in full upfront?

Yes. The morning sessions apply to all three roles. The afternoon splits into three concurrent breakouts so you spend two hours working through tools and scenarios specific to your role. You're never in a session that doesn't apply to you.

Q: What should I bring?

A laptop or tablet helps for the hands-on portions, but isn't required — we'll provide printed materials for everything. Bring a notebook, business cards if you have them, and dress business-casual.
